look under IAEA Alert Log. This site will have unbiased and scientifically
based information about the Power Plant issues.

All three state that... Japanese authorities say there has so far been no
release of radiation from any of the nuclear power plants affected by
today’s earthquake and aftershocks.
Another website is Nuclear Engineering International which has an in-depth
article on the why the emergency protocols were followed even though there
was no release of radiation.
